Policy on Dealing with Queries
LFLR defines a query as a question, comment or request for assistance addressed to LFLR through the website (www.lflr.co.uk).
We aim to respond to any such queries within 3 working days.
LFLR will prioritise our responses to queries by considering a number of factors including the urgency of the query, the order in which the query is received, and the likely complexity of the query.
